How often are your rates updated?

Our team updates this board as the market moves, usually every day. The time of the last update is shown on the board.

Is the rate on the website guaranteed?

Rates are indicative and can change at any time. The teller confirms the rate before you complete your transaction, and you can message us on WhatsApp to check before you travel.

What is the difference between “we buy” and “we sell”?

“We buy” is the rate we pay when you sell us foreign currency. “We sell” is the rate you pay when you buy foreign currency from us.

Why are small US dollar bills a different rate?

Smaller denominations cost more to handle and ship, so they attract a slightly different rate from $50 and $100 notes.

What do I need to exchange money?

A valid national ID or passport. For large amounts we may also ask for documents showing the source of funds, as the law requires.
