Agency banking lets banks serve customers beyond their branches through trusted agents like us. Carry out selected banking transactions at our counters, often faster than at a bank branch.

Which branches offer Agency Banking?
Both our Grand Imperial (Colville Street) and Nyumba Kubwa branches offer Agency Banking, seven days a week.
What are your opening hours?
Grand Imperial: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Nyumba Kubwa: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Both branches: Sundays and public holidays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Do I need identification?
Yes. Under Uganda’s anti-money-laundering rules we must verify every customer, so please bring a valid national ID or passport.

We have our own agent banking machines for Bank of Africa and Centenary Bank, and serve customers of the other banks below through Uganda’s shared agent banking platform.
